I had borrowed a collar pack to try out while on holiday. I did not really use it properly because I had a struggle with co-ordination in juggling 2 dogs & a doggy bag when I should have been using the handset.
I will be buying my own collar pack as I have seen the system work on other dogs but my dog is an Old English Sheepdog with LOTS of hair!

Product is fine but your website is appalling. I put my password in and it wouldn’t accept it, so I got a new one sent which it still refused to accept. It was impossible to buy the product online, so I had to phone and it took nearly 3 weeks before I was able to speak to someone and place my order. No-one answered my call, then someone called me back at an inconvenient time, they said they’d call me later but I never heard from them. Finally I managed to get a answer and was able to order the product.
