It’s a great product that does the job quickly and goes in my pocket when we are away for the weekend. But- I now have two different pieces as we lost our collar and had to replace and there does not seem to be a conveniently compact counterpart for our old style handset

We have used PAC Collars for many years. They are a life saver. We really only use the buzzer when he continues to ignore us. Works every time. The charger was slightly damaged and as we were going to be in Spain for a few months we thought it best to order a replacement. They delivered it very quickly. Excellent service.
