CHECKLIST

• Please ensure that you have mailed your product to us.
• Your include a description of anything you wish the service department to pay special attention to.
• Your name and contact details ( Including telephone and address)

You only need to send back the part you need serviced not the entire kit.

N.B: Collar/Handset/Fence Controller are considered differnet PAC device’s.
