PAC Mini Dog Training System is suitable for miniature/small dogs, like a Yorkshire Terrier or King Charles Spaniel and up. We also use a weight
guide of suitable for 3.5kg and over. The smallest and most reliable on the market, its most valuable feature is that you can now communicate with your dog at a distance; the system reinforces your voice command or whistle by giving the correction when needed, not sometime later when a correction will have lost its meaning, allowing your dog virtually unlimited freedom at a distance – off the lead. Perfect for pet owners or regular dog trainers alike.
This Kit comes with an nDXT+ handset, which can be simply changed to enable the simultaneous exercising of up to

I used the PAC Mini for the last few weeks of the shooting season as my young dog was unsteady and would run in, sometimes going through the next drive. The great majority or use was with the ‘vibrate’ function, just to get her attention when she was not focused on me. That works brilliantly. I only used the ‘correction’ mode a couple of times, once when she chased a hare that got up at her feet and the other when she refused to respond to the recall whistle. Both were on the single (not continuous) setting and both on low current. That has been enough to alter her behaviour and now, I have it on her for my confidence knowing that in the unlikely event of her chasing or running in, I can bring her back under control quickly and safely. This device has given me the confidence to work my dog in any situation, knowing that she will not get herself or me into trouble! Highly recommended.

Would recommend this to anyone though for more relaxing and reassuring walks. My dog is a cocker spaniel & so dead set on chasing pheasants in flight we lost her for 6 hours once. She now returns to the whistle, mostly first time and I hardly have to shock her. She has learnt to chase birds into the sky and then leave them. It’s amazing! I initially bought a cheap shock collar and on realising it worked a treat that collar then broke so we invested in the PAC and will never look back. Worth every penny and more! Best birthday present ever!

Amazing service arrived quickly the product itself is brilliant has saved a friends dogs from being put down after months of training to leave the animals on her small holding alone which hadn’t worked after just 2 training sessions with the collar on he is now happy and safe to be around the animals still has collar on but don’t need to use and helped my new dogs recall no end as he was rehomed to me due to running off this was these dogs last hope after months of positive reinforcement which didn’t work and made thing worse. Our dog is a terrier and used to often chase sheep when not on a leash. He would also act on his own behaviour when off the leash. We were worried that the local farmers would return him to us in a bag! He would also bark and jump on people and other dogs. After using a collar only a few times a year near sheep or out on the moor, we no longer need to use the electronic “pulse” function, as the dog now behaves immediately when the collar is put on, knowing that he can be reprimanded while out of reach. His behaviour has generally improved as well. We now use the alternative “beep” function to stop the dog from misbehaving.

I’ve found the collar disappointing for the price. It doesn’t seem to have the expected range, even in perfe
perfectt conditions. At more than 80m unless the dog is sideways on or facing me, the collar does not respond. Not much use if the dog is running on in a straight line.
The best thing about it is the size compared to other brands. Having had a PAC many years ago I had expected more from this one.

My dog is getting her freedom back. Her recall went out the window with scooters, bikes, or people running and this meant we could not safely have her off lead. This training system used alongside our regular treats is significantly improving her recall. It is an incredible support for those times when she is distracted and not listening. We first practiced going off lead in a safe area with no distractions, but we have now been able to do some of our regular walks off lead. I want her to have a life full of fun and exploration, and I would recommend this product to anyone with similar difficulties.

Remote too small, buttons are too proud… too easy to press button in your pocket, buttons should be inset for safety. Remote should be much bigger to suit hand size, but disappointed after the using old remote, new version is much worse to use.

Truely so pleased with the Pac Collar. I was beginning to have an issue with recall in certain conditions and when I thought I had lost her one day, I had a decision to make. Either find a tool to help or not let her dog off. Not letting her have some down time along with my other dogs was not something I wanted to do as I knew I could solve the issue with a little remote help. The collar has proven to be a life saver and I now have a very happy girl whos recall is superb and we have relaxing happy walks together.

This particular dog was not responding to any sort of training and it was affecting the others basically he was in the departure lounge – I was put onto PAC by one of the neighbouring gamekeepers expensive Yes I would say it is BUT once used once literally once different dog
I bought a second one – which works off the same controller as the original for shoot days – as soon as the collar is on – in truth it probably doesn’t even need to switched on the dogs really switch on
Plenty people have negative things to say about these but to me a game changer and a fantastic addition to training.
