The PACDOG
EXT+ 3km range, Remote Trainer enables the handler to simply and accurately address their dog with an appropriate correction, according to the misdemeanour, without the dog realising that the correction is coming from their e-collar. The dog needs to think that the tone/vibration or level of correction is associated with the trainer’s voice command or whistle and is warning them of something “out there” which needs to be avoided. The correction is startling enough to get the dogs attention and make them return to the handler for praise and attention.
This PAC dog Kit comes with an EXT+ handset, which can be simply changed to enable the simultaneous exercising of up to
two dogs. It also comes with a Medium/Large Dog Training Collar, ideally suited to breeds like a Springer Spaniel or Collie and up (weight guide of 10kg and above). Remember the e collar that comes with the kit has a charger, but be sure to select the collar option ‘With Charger’ if you want more, or it is a different collar (some collars have different chargers).

I have been using the pac dog training system for 2 weeks and have had great results. I have a head strong, confident, high prey drive spaniel. She has been in gundog training since a pup however despite being in with pheasants/ birds/ sheep etc since young she has developed a chase instinct. 12 years ago I had these collars used by a professional trainer to discourage my three BSDs from sheep worrying. The session worked and my dogs went on to enjoy a long life walking on the fells of northern England. I now have a new pack of BSDs one of whom is very reactive and has no impulse control. Subsequently he enjoyed little off lead freedom. I have purchased my own Pac collar which had immiediate affect the day he took off after a deer. Since then he has walked within an acceptable range with just a warning vibration when he exceeds the desired distance. I continue to work on his reactivity, but now in the right environment he is free to walk off lead without causing me consistant anxiety.

Thanks Pacdog! Fantastic collar. My dog is a rescue and has had a lot of training, and is really wonderful now. However, she will chase cars, motorbikes, cats, anything that moves, and it can be dangerous for her and for others. This collar has transformed our lives and we can now enjoy our walks together in the knowledge that I always have control should it be required- which isn’t even that often. I would have to have rehomed my gorgeous girl without this help. Please update your training videos. They are really helpful but not great quality and so its hard to see the training fully. This has worked wonders on my dog in a short about of time. I was always against ecollars, however, we have a really friendly but stubborn puppy of 1 years old whos recall was terrible. No more issues with that and I don’t use it often but only when I need to. Paired with a whistle, it is amazing, My method, whistle, call the command. If the dog does not listen Vibrate function. If he still does not listen, lowest shock. The only time I had to use the second shock function is when he would not get off a female that he has been obsessed with since he met her at 4 months and gets frisky with. He shakes off the lowest shock but gets the message at the medium. The owner of the other dog loves him, but at the end of the day, no one likes a sex pest!
Only thing missing that would be a charge indicator on the collar itself. I think. We may be over charging at times.
