As part of your eCollar dog training PACDOG recommend a Dummy Familiarisation Period i.e. familiarising your dog with the collar by fitting it on the dog, turned off, for at least 10 – 14 days, before you enter the active training phase. We supply a set of plastic dummy probes with all kits, however, if you would prefer not to have to change out the probes, then this dummy collar option is for you.
The Medium/Large Dummy Collar is a weighted collar (weighs the same as a live collar) with no electronics, and plastic probes.

As a Correctional Behavioural Consultant/Trainer I rarely come across a Dog that had taken up the habit of chasing Large Vans, exiting Parks on to main roads.
